Sue Collins
I have been a Pharmacist for over 30 years and have worked at Wickham House Pharmacy for the last 11.5 years. I started my career in a suburban Pharmacy doing ‘old fashioned’ compounding of creams, lotions and mixtures. Since joining Wickham House Pharmacy and completing extensive compounding training, I now do ‘State-of-the-Art’ top quality compounding in a QA controlled laboratory. I enjoy making products that I know contain quality, effective ingredients using the latest techniques, to produce the best possible medication for our patients.

Des has been part of the Wickham House Team which includes experienced compounding Pharmacists and Technicians since 2009. The Team consists of experienced compounding Pharmacist and Technicians where we all work together by checking each other and passing ideas back and forth to obtain the best possible outcome for our clients.
Des was drawn to compounding from his previous careers as a chef and industrial chemist where formulating plays a big role in both food science and pharmaceutics to obtain the highest quality product. Des’s professional interests are in the areas of functional medicine with the role functional medicine plays in biochemistry pathways involving hormones, liver detoxification and nutrigenomics, giving rise to associated disease states where the biochemical pathways are not functioning correctly. Most people underestimate the importance of quality nutrients into the body through diet and supplementation and their overall effects on their ever changing system of biochemistry.
“ Part of our goal is to educate as many people as possible on the importance of incorporating proper diet, lifestyle and supplementation as part of overall health.

John Lister
John grew up watching his father work long hours running the pharmacy, and so John decided to study business at QUT because he didn’t want to become a pharmacist, however pharmacy was in John’s blood and so he migrated to working at Wickham House in 1992. In 2001 John’s father Brian Lister passed away and John took over the back office role of running the business. In 2002 John made the decision to join PCCA and focus on compounding. John is passionate about compounding and ensuring that Wickham House is a leader in compounding.
Sandra Lister
I was first introduced to pharmacy through working in one of my father's chemist shops whilst still at school. I went on to study pharmacy at the Victorian College of Pharmacy, where I graduated in 1977. After graduation I gained experience working in several pharmacies, but have been involved solely with the family business for over 20 years. I am the third generation of the Lister family to own WHCP since my grandfather bought the business in 1945. Having always been interested in compounding I am proud that WHCP is a leader in this field.
Soo Luong
Soo Luong has over 15 years' experience as a pharmacist, both in community and hospital settings. Soo has research experience, aseptic techniques and chemotherapy preparations experience. Soo has also worked overseas as community pharmacist. Soo is interested in the "problem-solving" aspect of a compounding pharmacy.
Sandy McGill
I started working full-time with the Pharmacy in April 1998 handling the many and various administration duties that are involved with the running of a pharmacy including data entry, payroll, accounts and preparation of financial reports. Over the past couple of years, my responsibilities have lessened considerably allowing me to work only two days a week now. I am enjoying this extra time with my family but it is also great to still feel part of the pharmacy team and the exciting changes they are making to be able to offer our customers a more comprehensive and informed service.
Roslyn Seesink
I have been working in suburban and city pharmacies for 22 years. During this time from dispensing in my early years, to the present being a laboratory technician in a compounding pharmacy I have witnessed many changes. Specialised compounding has always been my main passion as you are constantly conversing with customers to meet their specific requirements instead of general mass production.
