Wickham House Compounding Pharmacy has been owned by the Lister family since 1945, and is a member of the PCCA - the Professional Compounding Chemists of Australia. Throughout the years, we have become one of the market leaders in providing patients with specifically compounded medicines.

There are several reasons why pharmacists compound prescription medications. Many patients are sensitive to preservatives, colours and flavours. Sometimes the strength or form is unsuitable for use in a particular patient. Sometimes supplies are discontinued or unavailable. Compounding is about filling the gaps between the unique patient need and the unavailability of a manufactured product to fill that need.
